The difference is well being and being unwell

My mother wrote a beautiful play named

"I am not sick, I am dying"

The premise is that when one is dying; one is not WELL.

After birth we are all going to the path that leads to death.

To have an illness either physical or emotional we should all see ourselves for who we are, not what we 'have', to get well from unwell mental stance is the definition of unwell, as its called an oxymoron.

Anytime in life when we give up, we become unwell.

Accepting that we are finite beings is NOT, giving up.

This coaching program is based on why be ill; when well-being is always an option.

 I look to one of the GREAT homeopath's, Charles Spurgeon.

He was also one of the World's most beloved Pastors.

 "Quote: It is not how much we have, but how much we enjoy, that makes happiness. UnQuote."

 Air is justification enough for us to know faith, to breathe is to

enjoy, to fear is to steal joy.

We consciously or unconsciously accept, when we need it, it's there.

Fear is usually the fist place we go when we experience a grievous situation, but to experience Joy, nourishes Joy which is abundant in the universe and a gift from the one that created the universe;   is to help us to catch our breath.

Everyone of us  encompass health regardless of what the body is emoting us with.

Sing the words in your heart~not the fears that are only from without....

Sometimes, if you begin to sing in a halfhearted mood, you can sing yourself up the ladder. Singing will often make the heart rise.

I never think anyone has the right to define what is curable, and why have we allowed that to saturate our vitality?

I also believe firmly that no one should accept feeling poorly, no matter how unwell we feel.

You HAVE what it takes

I, of all men, am perhaps the subject of the deepest depression at times.

What is the emotion that has its grip on you, at this time?

2.What do you think is your biggest challenges you need to overcome at this time?

A challenge is only as strong as our will allows.

3. Why have we let them stay?

Let's go to them and then go beyond there. They do not own you.

Coaching Details

Our coaching sessions are [60] minutes and are done via Zoom. Once I get notification of your session, I will also send you a quick questionnaire via email to better understand your situation and what you’re hoping to get out of our time together. Once your session is over, I will send you a follow up email recapping our session, what I want you to work on/focus on and what you will need to do before your next session with me.
