Please note the following important information regarding pricing and policies:

Beginning November 23, 2024, the studio issued a formal notice regarding a scheduled price increase for December 2025 which took effect December 1, 2025. All clients were notified by email. These updates remain in full effect regardless of whether the emails were opened, received, or read.

Notices sent by the Studio serve as official communication.

Prices had remained unchanged since the business opened in May 1997. All specials offered throughout 2024 and 2025 were provided to help clients maintain the previous rate.

Clients who continue to show good-faith consistency with appointments between December 2025 and October 2026 will remain grandfathered into 2027.

All visits must still be used within one year of purchase, but you will never lose the value of your service, If no appointment is scheduled within three months, future scheduling will be for the non discounted price, no exceptions apply.

The 2024 package is set to conclude by March 2025.

All packages are valid for one year from the date of purchase and may only be used by one individual.

The studio maintains a strict safe-space policy.
Any behavior that is disruptive, inappropriate, sexual, or makes the practitioner uncomfortable will result in immediate termination of the session and forfeiture of all remaining appointments with no refund.

Package Use Requirement

If a package visit remains unused for three months or more, the package will automatically revert to the regular hourly rate, so please be considerate and text me if there is a reason you aren't booking so I am aware to not charge.

Exceptions must be discussed in writing only with Kim Purdy.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

To honor the time and preparation required for each session, please review the cancellation guidelines:

24-Hour Cancellation Fee:
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $35 cancellation fee.

Same-Day Cancellation (within 4 hours) or No-Show:
The session is forfeited with no refund.

All sales are final. No refunds are provided for packages or services.
