Terms & Conditions

 

Overview

Our refund policy lasts 30 days from purchase.

If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund.

If you choose to not use the remainder of visits they can be gifted, There are NO resales, allowed.

non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products
  • Packages
  • sales item

Packages are only meant for those that plan to use them in a reasonable time (12 months) and not for long term

All package visits appointments must be scheduled  no further out than 1 month, without consent from Kim Purdy

On packages: All package gift cards  (combined) are valid for 12 months of the purchased price of the package, even if more than one package is purchased.

To keep a package at a discount they MUST be repurchased at the last visit of packages long as packages are still in effect.

If a package is not re upped at that time, they are no longer available at the previous  package price.

Appointments still left unused after 12 months will be re-priced at the non sale/discounted price, of $85.00, and will have and extra 3 months at this price to be finished up.

All packages purchased prior to January 1, 2023 are good until December 31st 2023, at the discounted package price.

The prices on the website are for in office, Quincy.

Refunds

If under thirty days

Once your refund request has been received we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days, of receipt of

refund request, if you should decide to do a charge back, my company will take the matter to small claims court.

Late or missing refunds

If under thirty days and you are using your bank for chargeback

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again to see they have processed a charge back.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Late fees and no show appointments will be charge a fee of $25.00 per one hour treatment time.

Sale items

fully priced service items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded, all packages are sale items.
